You might expect someone to say, “oh could I help you with that?” But that’s not the case in this store, they just look at you blandly as if they don’t care because apparently they don’t care.
- BBBobJul 25, 20251.0If I could give them a zero I would. Service is terrible. They messed up my order but I didn't realize it until I got to work. When I called them they didn't answer, (I was later told by their staff that they have the ringer's turned off). When my husband went down to request a refund on my behalf he was told I needed to bring the sandwich in. When I went in after work, with the sandwich, the employee first said she would get me a supervisor then refused to refund me, then stated she was the supervisor. I was stuck with uneaten messed up sandwich & fake sympathy.
