  Management should be fired. One person working at a time. If one walk in and one person in the drive thru are there someone is waiting 30 minutes to get helped. It's pretty pathetic.

  Don't do alot of reviews but do not eat at this one, the people are ok but the bread is skinnier and even the flat bread is thin and if i can post my pic i will....not sure if it's all subways but you can clearly see the difference

  When you express that you wanted to order on the app, but it was confusing and frustrating. You might expect someone to say, “oh could I help you with that?” But that’s not the case in this store, they just look at you blandly as if they don’t care because apparently they don’t care.

  If I could give them a zero I would. Service is terrible. They messed up my order but I didn't realize it until I got to work. When I called them they didn't answer, (I was later told by their staff that they have the ringer's turned off). When my husband went down to request a refund on my behalf he was told I needed to bring the sandwich in. When I went in after work, with the sandwich, the employee first said she would get me a supervisor then refused to refund me, then stated she was the supervisor. I was stuck with uneaten messed up sandwich & fake sympathy.

  Staff was great, food was good for a Subway. When question about my receipt from the sign in front of me, they let me know they didn't honor it. She let me know she could let Bruce know I was unhappy. Feel it is not uncomfortable situation to put your employees in and not okay to not honor promotion hanging in your store.
