Anyway I asked the crew about their rewards and sadly no one knew anything, how it works how to enter points nothing. But im guessing no one wanted to be bothered with helping me and if they didn't know how thats a shame. Oh well

Tonight 2 of our 3 pizzas were made in correctly. We initially thought it was just the one but turns out it was 2. Called the store on the first one and they said they would get it remade and redelivered. Once I realized the second was wrong I called right back. Mind you this was less than a minute later as my fiancé didn’t know the exact topping I had ordered on mine. The guy who answered yet again basically tried to brush me off the phone. He said that I didn’t order the extra toppings and didn’t want to do anything about the order being wrong. As I type this I am waiting to see if they redeliver the first pizza and will update if they did not. We will not be back and will just drive to the crater ave location in Medford for pick up…fun fact they just do not deliver to our house. We have never had an order wrong from the Crater Ave location.
