When I arrived the next day they told me the decorator wasn't in and they didnt have my cake. They didn't offer anything to try and make up for their mistake and told me I could just buy a plain frozen one! I ended up having to go to Salem to get another cake and couldn't even get a half sheet cake on such short notice. Super unprofessional, will not be using their services again.
