(Syrup is killing the fizz) It’s disappointing bc the drinks already cost so much so to not enjoy it is unfortunate. When they’re made right they’re 10/10 but I hate the gamble of not knowing if it’ll be good or not.

- TMTatiana MortimerDec 6, 20253.0I was in line for 5 or 6 minutes no problem, however people were pulling up after four and 5 minutes getting their orders taken in the other lane and being served before us, there are no signs stating that they go from one line to the other or anything els, just close the gap between cars. I'm thinking of it like what if I was about to be late because I am being cut in front of by people that didn't have to wait their turn, although that sounds childish it's still completely unfair, there's one similar to this in Salem and they will ask are you next, not at this one and the worst part is you can't get out once your in there so if you've waited long enough that you need to leave you, I was there first is that not how this works or am I dreaming. Also they ignored asking for a pup cup 3 times didn't offer straws and continued to ignore us asking for them. It wasn't busy max of 6 cars no walk ups.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
