  I came in the other day and the store was super clean, the food was nice and fresh, and Luke was very nice, fast, and efficient. He runs a great crew!

  The food took for ever to receive and was cold and tasteless and the drink almost made us vomit and there was a strange gelatinous substance in the drink which was supposed to be mango peach.i will never go back to the Cresswell Taco Bell again at night

  I drive school bus and the coach and two other students wanted Taco Bell for the drive home after a basketball game. I waited on my bus in the parking lot almost an hour (arrived at 9:45 pm and left their parking lot at 10:41 pm). Almost an hour wait to get three people’s orders completed on a Friday night. I watched vehicles leave the drive thru after 20 minutes of no movement forward. Looking at how many one star reviews are on here, the franchise owners need to intervene and figure out how to change things.

  It's the umpteenth time I've tried this place it's so disappointing 😞 even when you ask for specific items and pay the end process is disappointing again Fast food restaurants are not what they used to be lettuce wilted tomatoes old why serve this to the public if its old throw it out give people what they paid for so sad.
