  Low quality sandwich (based on what we are used to with jimmy johns in other towns) and very bad customer service. Tossed their sandwiches and never going to Jimmy Johns in the area. There are much better sandwich shops in the area.

  They had their lights off at 6:30pm. I was picking up our online order and asked them if they know their lights are off and the employees chuckled and said yes. They turned them on briefly then when I left they hurried up and shut them off again. Sandwiches were made wrong but I didn’t go back in there bc I assumed they’re probably not practicing cleanliness procedures. We just threw them away and won’t be back.

  Has gone downhill pretty badly. Service was unfriendly, atmosphere was quiet and dull, bathroom was very dirty, and the bread was stale. Top it off with price increases and I doubt I'll be going back to this one. The tables with chairs had them flipped up on top - talk about not welcoming. Edit: Instead of the Franchisor sharing my criticism directly with the Franchisee, they want me to spend more of my time and give them all my personal information to share the exact same information to their feedback system. What a joke.
