  I come here regularly and it's always a toss-up if I have a good experience or not. I order ahead on the app for convenience. I understand there's mobile pickup spots but whenever I drive in they make me wait in the line with the rest of the cars. On a few occasions the employees will serve the car ahead of me then proceed to chat with them for minutes after they've been served. On the latest occasion I waited for 3 minutes after the car was served. The employee went back inside to get her phone then proceeded to chat with the person in the car, showing them things on their phone. Their order was delivered and I was waiting. The line was backed up onto 53rd. It's frustrating because I like to tip baristas for their work but not if they don't care about my customer experience. Overloading the drinks with ice to save on cost also sucks. Dutch used to serve generous portions and it's obvious they're skimping on the customer to reserve more money. Another reason why I want to avoid these chains and support more local businesses.

  I get dutch every morning. They open at 5:30am and i was there for 15-20 mins and no one came to the window at all the lights were on in the back but the lights were off in the front and the light for the open sing was on as well the tell for the money was open but nothing was in there.. It as well happend to my co-workers this morning as well they gpt there at 5:50am and same thing.

  Consistently excellent coffee and other beverages. I really enjoy their roast on the espresso. It's warm without being burnt. Broistas are always so friendly and get your drink right. Drive thru flow goes smooth even if they are busy. I just wish they had park and grab for order ahead instead of getting in the drive thru or the walk up window. Their muffins are tasty and big enough to share.

  I had stopped by this location a few time while on my visit in Oregon. The first time, they forgot a few of my extras I added to my drink (Carmel drizzle & cinnamon) which was annoying but fine. I went back a few days later to try a new drink. I ordered a large, but was given a medium. The man at the window caught it before I even said anything. He gave the drink back to the other employee and said “this was suppose to be a large but you made a medium.” She took the coffee back, poured it into a large cup and the added a scoop of ice on top and handed it back to us as if we didn’t just watch her do it. So, if you want a large just buy a medium cause the only difference is a scoop of ice. The sad part is, there was 1 car behind us, it wasn’t a time to rush that badly.

  I’m not the type to leave a bad review especially for Dutch Bros. I ordered 3 drinks that cost me $18, the money isn’t the issue but the whole environment was not the typical Dutch Bros experience.
