- HWHope WilcoxMar 25, 20261.0Don't go here if you want nice service, have issues with gluten, or if you prefer the people making your food to care more about food quality than they do about using a few extra dishes they have to wash. I have experienced outright cross contamination every time I order from this location online- such as finding corn kernels in my food when I never ordered anything with corn. In person, the counters and food setup is sloppy and unkempt with poor maintenance but it only became a real issue for me on 3/24/26 around 5pm, when I asked for a gluten free bowl and for them to follow their usual protocol of using ingredients that had been separated, cleaning the counter, changing their gloves and using new utensils and they refused. I loved Chipotle for keeping these standards. The man changed his gloves and sloppily wiped some crumbs off the counter but then told me in a very hostile tone, that he would not be getting ingredients from the back aside from lettuce and cheese, and will not get new clean utensils because 'its pointless and it just creates more dishes'. I was shocked by both this change in policy and his hostile tone and before I could say anything, he made sure to add on that he is the manager and repeated he will not be doing anything else because it is 'pointless'. It is definitely not pointless to someone who gets internal bleeding from cross contamination with gluten.
