I don’t usually come to this Subway but thought I would try it out because I was on that side of town. I went in to order and wasn’t welcomed, stood in line to get my order and a guy named Josh came out to help me. In the entire time I ordered I didn’t get a single word out of this guy other than him asking if I wanted it toasted. When he first came out I said “Hi, how are you?” to which I got no reply and he then stared at me instead of asking what I wanted to order. It felt really strange and at first I assumed maybe he was disabled in some way or mute and didn’t take it personal until he seemed annoyed the entire order and proceeded to communicate in fluent English with his coworker. I am unsure what I did to annoy Josh so badly but to not even be acknowledged was a bit upsetting. I would have thought he was in training or new but he had a badge on his hat stating he had been an employee for over a year….safe to say I was shocked. The girl at the register was sweet though, and my sandwich was good, I just hope next time Josh can talk to the customer instead of glaring at them and waiting for them to speak without a hello.

The toaster at this location barely warms the sandwiches, doesn't melt cheese or toast bread. The worker never changed gloves while I was in the shop, even though he made multiple sandwiches for multiple customers, used the cash register, and grabbed a soda from the fridge. Additionally, he used so much oil and vinegar that vinegar was all I could taste, even over the red onions and Baja chipotle sauce. Overall, it was the worst subway sandwich I've ever had.

Had the best sub I've ever had here, kudos to Toby, he was so nice, made an absolutely killer sub, and was very fast and attentive. I don't usually dine in at Subway but this store was so nice and clean that I decided to have a nice sit-down meal there.

Freaking Joe forgot bacon on two of my footlongs! One which literally had bacon in the name. Very disappointed do better subway. Took like 30 minutes for 5 sandwiches too.
