Today I asked for help with an issue with an order I was picking up for my kids school (I had tried calling many times without staff answering the phone) and got a chuckle and basically told no as he turned and just walked off. And then I get laughed and pointed at as I walk out because I'm obviously upset by the cook and counter person. Surely neither were managers by the way they behaved. We will be rethinking ordering here again.
