To be met with "you'll have to figure it out on the app. None of us know how to use the app." I said the other dairy queen has a scanner. She wants to stand there and argue with me about the other dairy queen having a scanner. (I know it does i worked there and had to use it.) I asked to speak to a manager twice. She finally goes to get one. The manager is super blah about it. She says "I'll just give you one." Even though at this point it would have been nice to just have someone explain to me how to use the points at this store. Out of curiosity I called the other Dairy Queen to confirm them having a scanner while standing out front being dog eyed by this red head and some teenage girl with bleach blonde hair and a pink strip. So while on the phone with other dairy queen I walk in and inform them that the other dairy queen has a scanner. To which the red head starts yelling at me to get out of here. I tried to get her picture because no one wears a name tag. Then she went and hid in the corner. And then she starts shouting at me through the drive through window to not come back. I guess being proved wrong must have upset her. I have seen another person post a pic of the woman hiding her face and talking about her attitude. I think the owner should do something about this she is clearly not a good employee.
