- CFClaire FelixApr 1, 20263.0We had just gone to Dutch Bros after making multiple trips to the dump in the small hurricane that was happening. By the time we got there, we were soaked to the bone, shoes full of swampy mystery water, socks questioning their life choices, hair doing… something unholy. We pull up, order quickly (also because the poor girl outside looked just as drenched as we were and deserved to be freed), and honestly, everything was going great. Drinks came out fast, vibes were high, serotonin was returning. All three drinks are in the car. We’re seconds away from emotional recovery. As the last drink is handed over, we ask the most innocent, life-healing question: “Do you guys have any stickers left?” And just like that… the dream shatters. The most cut throat, “I can in a minute. I can’t do 5 things at a time. I’ve tried and it doesn’t work out well.” Ma’am… respectfully… we just survived a monsoon for this moment 😭 Dang girl, if I wanted to get bullied, I would’ve just gone to Starbucks. 10/10 drinks, and 10/10 emotional damage

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
