- KEKynzi ElizabethAug 8, 20251.0extremely rude customer service and just over all stupid. me and my husband placed an order online and specifically asked for the sandwiches to be toasted for safety. they refused to toast it and when i asked the girl said “my higher up told me to not toast any sandwiches so im not going to.” and was looking up around the cameras. we’ve come here for years and have never had this issue.
