I am writing to report a series of unprofessional experiences I have had at your restaurant involving a staff member named Selena, who has blue hair and glasses, and a manager, a short with brown hair in a ponytail and glasses During my recent visit, the manager accused me of being rude and claimed I stole three bags of chips. I explained that I had brought the chips in from my car—which I had mentioned upon arrival—but the manager called me a liar and demanded payment anyway. I paid for the chips to avoid further conflict, but I believe these actions were based on personal bias rather than facts. Other examples of unprofessional behavior include: - Inconsistency: The manager threatened to block my rewards account while simultaneously suggesting I create a new one. - Order Accuracy: I was only given half of the footlong breakfast sandwich I ordered until I told the manager off. - Arbitrary Restrictions: I was told not to take cups from the dispenser until my food was ready, despite showing proof of purchase for two drinks on my phone. It appears the staff has developed an unreasonable level of sensitivity, resulting in a hostile environment. Selena, in particular, has been difficult for some time, and yesterday's incident prompted me to finally raise these concerns. I hope these matters will be addressed to ensure a better experience for all customers--not just me.

The only reason my family and I started eating at subway, was because there was finally some value to it. Hadnt been since they gave up $5 footlongs. We spend on average $30-$40 each time our family eats there, so it was nice to get a little break about every other trip. This new point system will lose you every customer you gained. We'd now need to spend $160 dollars to earn the equivalent of a $8 basic cold sandwich. That's not rewards. That's irrelevant. Just lost bi-weekly customers.

Consistently do not have pickup orders ready or will just give the order to ANYONE!!! I’ve had orders given to other people TWICE. Literally made me chase down a man into the parking lot they had given my order to. Either that or was told “we’ll remake it once we’ve helped the line”!!!! I ordered ahead for a reason….

Went through the drive through at 11:30 AM on 11-02-25. Sat at the ordering station for over 5 minutes with no response, at all. I get that they may be busy but to ignore the drive through is totally unacceptable.
