  The quality of the ingredients have obviously changed for the worse, they used to be Much better tasting. BEWARE Pepperoni olive pizza gave us both the shits , that’ll be our last order with this franchise.

  This used to be my favorite Papa John’s location. My toddler is very specific about what he likes and the location used to nail it every time. Now, things have gone down hill and they seem to be setting orders “ready for pickup”, long before they’re actually ready. I don’t know if it’s to lie and claim they knock orders out IMPOSSIBLY fast, or just laziness, not wanting to use the service as it’s meant, but it’s always ready, when it’s not, actually. The amount of air bubbles on the pizza is something like an issue too, as I’ve said my toddler is picky. It happens because there’s spots all over the pizza with very little toppings. Additionally, extra sauce means nothing to whoever is making the pizzas as of late, too. I’d pick a different location, but they’re far and few along my routes. I hate to complain, however it just keeps happening, so I feel it’s necessary to say something. UPDATE.. 9/8/25 the same thing happened with the ready system. I walked in and seen there was no orders sitting on the shelves where they place them, but the pizza was made correctly. It was a single person in there running the ship solo. Kudos to that dude for doing the damn thing and holding it down. I just hope somebody tells these people how to properly use the tracking system so we know when out food is actually ready, rather than it sending notifications saying it’s ready, when it was just thrown in the oven or they’re starting the order. Anyway, cheers.

  Ross is amazing. Helped us out distributing food to the homeless. Papa Johns has the best healthiest ingredients and its amazing that guys like Ross is sharing this. Thank you

  Delivery and they completely stiffed me on all the condiments/parmesan/seasoning that they make you pay a dollar each. it’s disappointing the restaurants don’t have these items complementary anymore. Even more disappointing that people can’t add the items that are paid for in your delivery.

  Spend $32.00 and this is what you get .... A couple toppings of meat over the whole pizza, but large amounts of cheese and onions. The crust was as soft as their work ethics. I work across at Kaiser and this is what we get. Nothing like a whole slice of onions and cheese for 60% of the pizza. It's almost like going to Philly to get the philly, then getting robbed without the philly, and while getting the other philly experience of getting robbed again! So worth the value! Can't wait to come back again soon. The only thing worth value is the crust.
