  Mostly good, friendly employees. Typically good with your order but sometimes they hire new people and get pretty busy so they might mess up once in a while, but they're more than willing to fix the mistake.

  I wish I could give them 0 star they are so disrespectful to the customers don’t value their time and they don’t pay attention to the orders you most likes will get different stuff in ur burrito instead of what u asked for I ask for extra grilled I got no grilled at all and I ask for black beans I got brown beans I ask for refund they say I need receipt which they never gave me or ask me if I want receipt i recommend buy some subways next to it

  We just went through the drive-thru at Taco Bell in Central Point, and while the service was quick—our six items, including two bean and cheese burritos—one of those burritos was missing. My husband pulled around, parked, and went inside to let them know, and the employee named Christmas insisted he go back to our car for all our food, including now a least two half-eaten items, to prove we were missing the burrito. Really! One of the girls did apologize to my husband, but the way Christmas handled this was unnecessary and ridiculous. Quick service is great, but it only matters if you get it RIGHT! A simple check of the bag before handing it to the customer could’ve saved us the hassle, but once we notified you just fix it. Instead, we wasted our time and will never stop again over a $3 burrito. Taco Bell, I recommend customer service training for Christmas—he needs to do better.
