  Food was fine, men's washroom was disgusting. I'd call it a bio hazard. We really should have left. We reported it to the manager, but didn't seem to be actioned while we were there. I reported it online and got a response from McDonald's US, saying that they forwarded to the franchisee. I never heard anything, which to me says that don't care.

  Men's washroom was quite dirty. When advised about it, staff went right away to see to it.

  Orders 20 piece nuggets. First box tasted spoiled 3 of them. Asked for a fresh 10 piece box. The employee hands me another box, NOT FRESH. Chicken was dry from sitting out. I told the employee it was not fresh. I then talked to the manager, explained i asked for a fresh box, manager got an attitude muttering "only five left" like i was running a nugget scam....i have spent 10s of thousands of dollars at mcdonalds in my life time. I know what a fresh chicken nugget looks like and tastes like. I have only ever eaten thousands of them. I am done with the Mcdonalds brand. The food and service has done nothing but go downhill. I no longer trust this company with making anything I consume.

  Open til 11 closed off the large portion of the restaurant and the play place at 8 for the night so they could sweep and put the chairs up. Thanks to one of the other reviews were off to chick-fil-a
