They take forever to take your order and make eye contact with you like they don’t see you. I was waiting at the walk in area with my dog. It was already cold out… and then taking 2 orders when I was there first? yeah no.. bye. also the tipping culture at this booth is actually annoying. they except a tip for doing the bare minimum. I walked off because at that rate I didn’t even wanna interact with the employee. She looked new maybe that was why.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!

You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
