  I wrote the review below about 4 months ago. I was very disappointed with the service at that time. I can say I have change my opinion since then. From my understanding a new manager has stepped in, he was very kind and took action immediately on my previous review. I appreciate the time he took out of his day to reach out to me and understand what had happened before. It was never his fault since he wasn't managing it at that time. But he still wanted to make things right and I appreciate that! Thank you! "Went into Dairy Queen, ordered dinner and ice cream for 4 people. While eating my blizzard when I found an eyelash in the blizzard. Let the cashier know, told me there was nothing they could do and proceeded to tell me that they wouldn't be able to know if we put the eye lash in there ourself. Really dissapointed, wasn't asking for free handouts, would just appreciate a blizzard without and eyelash in it. Handed her the blizzard back and we left. I don't think you will be getting our business anytime soon."

  I went through last night for a sprite and large fries. First, I got my drink which tasted extremely watered down and I was then asked to pull forward to wait for fresh fries. It was a quick but only because the fries weren’t fresh nor was the bucket the fries came in full. I also asked at the ordering station for a ranch and a BBQ (because you have to pay if you want more than 1 sauce) and when they brought it out to me I asked if both sauces were in there and they said yes. They were not in there and I paid for sauce for nothing. Probably not going back there for a while.

  Terrible service, took three times to get a plain 1/2 burger correct, spent 30 minutes waiting on my plain hamburger then on the 3rd attempt the hamburger and bun were smalller
