  Very rude male shift manager towards customers. Would not take order from customer who asked them to. Customer walked out due to rude manager

  2 /15/26 manager allows employees to park while working in the rapid pick up sings and the drivers like Uber and doors dash, park somewhere else, thas what she says, and if you have a problem with that, send another driver

  Its 545pm and this location had its doors locked and drive thru closed even though everything says their hours are 7am-4am. There were three employees hanging out inside. Unknown why they are randomly closed this early?

  Delivery driver here, waited 40 minutes after letting them know I was there to pick up an order. They were busy during dinner, however they used their 2 slowest people to pack the orders for lobby/delivery orders. They prioritize drive thru first then anyone who places an order in the restaurant before they touch anything delivery. I had to wait until everyone who walked in after me was served and there were no customers left in the restaurant before they started working on it. Asked to speak to management about it and the kid who made and handed me the order said he was the shift leader. So I asked to speak to the next person higher in charge. They told me that person was too busy packing orders on drive thru to speak to me. Finally after some insisting they sent someone else over. I do not have confidence that after speaking to them that anything will improve but I felt like something needed to be said, especially after reading other reviews it seems to be a common occurrence. Management needs to figure out how to prioritize and expedite orders properly and train their team. Nobody should have to wait 40 minutes for an order at Taco Bell.

  So you pay extra to add chipotle sauce, but you get practically no sauce at all?
