  Terrible service, basic competency, and communication skills. You can order online to where the order is literally written in front of their face while they prepare it and they still manage to not include items, give you the wrong item, etc. It's ridiculous. I called them to let them know I've gotten an order with wrong or missing items twice in a row tonight and the last time I ordered about a week ago and the lady just hung up the phone on me LOL. Truly a fast food caliber employee, incompetent to the point of not even giving you what you pay for or being willing to be held accountable over it. Next time I go I'm going to mention her hanging up on a customer who she gave the wrong food to and is understandably annoyed. I will not be paying for my next order. This is silly.

  At some point it just gets annoying. Nobody in the place and I order a grilled cheese burrito with steak and extra nacho cheese, my sister orders a regular burrito. Neither of our burritos are correct, multiple meats (none of them are steak). You need to get it together, it’s annoying.

  I normally don’t write such negative reviews, but the incompetency at this Taco Bell needs to be called out. I picked up a DoorDash order and they handed me the food… then acted completely confused when I asked for the drinks that were literally on the order. They made me stand there for 30 minutes, 15 minutes after when the order should have been ready/ picked up, just to “figure out” that they hadn't even started my order and then an extra 10 minutes more to actually give me the drinks, after they finally have me food. The employees claiming to be the manager pretended to understand me at first, then apparently couldnt understand my request for the managers name, and outright refused to give it to me, or even a number for complaints. It’s not hard to read the full ticket and hand all the items together, and I can understand a few moment difference, but that long is ridiculous (in between going back to the food line to make tacos and blank stare at me). Instead, I’m stuck waiting around while customers who came in after me got served first. Totally unprofessional, totally avoidable, and a complete waste of time. Do better.

  The customer service here really needs worked on. I’m not usually the type to complain and I was a manager at dominos for 4 years so I know fast food work sucks and sometimes the customers suck. But the service here is terrible. You can stand at the front for 40 mins and nobody ask you if you’ve been helped. I do DoorDash on occasion and no matter what day or time, there’s always such a long wait meanwhile the people the just ordered are getting their orders first. I just don’t understand. Not sure what higher ups can see this but please work on the customer service. Please and thank you.
