We paid at least $20 for one of the worst sandwiches we’ve ever had. We got the chicken bacon ranch and there was at least 1/2 cup of the most liquid ranch dumped all over the sandwich. It was so inedible that we had to throw it away. Never wasting our money there again.

Came to drive thru at 8:24PM on a Friday. Online says open until 9. Sat here waiting for someone to ask what they can get for me. Menu board was on. I finally called the store and someone picked up, said “we’re closed” and hung up.

Prepared sandwiches incorrectly. Staff didn't care, the manager cared even less and was extremely rude and disrespectful. Never got the sandwiches Prepared correctly. I will never be back. And for the auto response system of JJ to complain to your website. I'd rather stick a needle in my own eye/ because it would be a waste of my time- nothing would get resolved.
