    Prepared sandwiches incorrectly. Staff didn't care, the manager cared even less and was extremely rude and disrespectful. Never got the sandwiches Prepared correctly. I will never be back. And for the auto response system of JJ to complain to your website. I'd rather stick a needle in my own eye/ because it would be a waste of my time- nothing would get resolved.

    My wife placed an order through the Jimmy John's app and sent me to pick it up. I pulled into the drive-thru where there were about four cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the speaker, I wasn’t greeted—just silence. I waited patiently, assuming someone would eventually take my name. After about 10 minutes, I said “Hello?” and was met with an annoyed “Yeah, what do you need?” I gave my name and was told to pull forward. I then waited another 20 minutes in line. When I finally got to the window, they tried to hand me a completely different order, and the staff member seemed irritated when I clarified I had a mobile pickup. When I got home, the sandwiches weren’t labeled, looked sloppily thrown together, and mine was so soggy and messy I had to toss half of it. For $39, I expected better than two mediocre sandwiches with zero care behind them. It’s clear the staff and management don’t care about customer service or quality. We won’t be coming back.

    Only one type of cheese, stupid size selection 8” and 16” only. Expensive for a simple sandwich.
