Called to place order over the phone it was AI. I asked to speak to a real person and it told me the employees don't take orders. I hung up.

That’s not a minor mistake, that’s paying for something you clearly didn’t deliver. On top of that, trying to call the store was ridiculous. I had to sit through endless automated prompts just to try to reach a real person. Extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. Do better.
