I ordered the cantina chicken crispy taco ( which is a very simple item) and they did avocado ranch instead of chipotle. It was slightly burnt and smashed to a crisp, I'm not sure what they even did to it for it to look like this.

I went back to KFC they said the tenders always look like that I asked what about the picture and they said that was marketing, the greasiness was due to I ordered it to early in the day 😡. Yes the pic shows a 4 piece i ordered the 3 piece. The manager was very kind to refund my whole order told him he didn't need to but he insisted.
