  Ordered 2 box meals. Handed a "bag" because they are out of boxes and only 1 meal in the bag. When I explained I had paid for 2 meals, got told "oh, sorry. I'll have her make another one." When received my second "bag", small cheese and no chips. When asked if I could get the chips, another lady came over and said "I put the chips in the bag." I showed her the bag and said, nope. With an attitude she grabbed a small thing of chips and handed them to me. This is the only time I have ever reviewed a restaurant but come on people!

  Twenty minute wait and our crunchwraps were absolutely covered in cinnamon - you guys really, really need another grill press and some hygeine practices. Just keep on driving, people

  I am moving across the country and a day behind schedule, after towing a 6x12 for 6 hours mostly at night and completely in the fog/ mountains and missing my campsite check in I am pretty over the day but the guy who took my order was super nice and even offered to bring my food to my truck for me when I told him I’d be back inside in a bit since I didn’t want to leave my pets in the truck alone, the food is same quality as any other fast food is but this guy made my life a lot easier and my night a lot better, give this guy a raise (wish I would have got his name but he’s working right now)

  No option to order online or go inside and order, and the wait time is always like 20 minutes in the drive thru. I ordered the cantina chicken crispy taco ( which is a very simple item) and they did avocado ranch instead of chipotle. It was slightly burnt and smashed to a crisp, I'm not sure what they even did to it for it to look like this.

  So picked up a 3 piece tender drove to the harbor opened the bag disappointed that they forgot the dipping sauce when I opened the box I was disgusted the chicken was greasy and there was no crust on it like the picture shows, literally nothing 😑. I went back to KFC they said the tenders always look like that I asked what about the picture and they said that was marketing, the greasiness was due to I ordered it to early in the day 😡. Yes the pic shows a 4 piece i ordered the 3 piece. The manager was very kind to refund my whole order told him he didn't need to but he insisted.
