  Bun burned. No amount of ketchup can cover the taste. It had been a long time since I tried Wendy's. Well won't be going back.

  We were just getting off door dashing ended up up at Wendy’s exhausted. We got to ordering at 9:10pm. The friendliest guy ever made our night and made us smile, he needs a raise. He was amazing, super above and beyond.

  I don’t know what has been going on with the quality of the food. Just went through about 10PM to grab my wife dinner and myself a burger. No lettuce. Mountains of mayo. Having worked in the food industry I can tell when an annoyed employee has to make an order late at night. My wife couldn’t eat her burger as it was a soggy nightmare. Both burgers missing lettuce (if you are out it’s okay but give a man a heads up) not going to continue my business here as this has been a common problem. Burgerville is worth the drive!

  I get it’s fast food but don’t work customer service if you don’t like people, and have crappy attitudes you’re getting payed to be there, and secondly my burger was just thrown together sloppily with no veggies for the baconator, it was a pretty much “what do you want, ok get out.” Type of experience. They were too lazy to make actual bacon so I got bacon bits, that’s not what I payed for I know the price difference I’m a kitchen manager :)
