- BHBrenda Helvey1 day ago2.0I've shopped with Safeway for years, but the fact that you have to spend an extra 30-40 minutes just scanning items or clicking them in an app to get the price they advertise is frustrating. Then when you get to the check out, you didn't get the price that was stated. But the cashier can't help, you have to go waist more time at Customer Service. I tried on-line order for a pick up. That was a total fiasco! 1 store person, 2 techs and a live chat and no one could get it to work. Why can't they just put the items on sale and leave it at that. And...they never have enough cashiers. All and all grocery shopping is now something I dread.

I had grabbed the wrong bottle out of my purse and was too tired to put everything together. Thankfully she could see what happened… and was so sweet. I felt like a crazy lady but she just made it seem like no big deal. Great customer service for her high stress job to just stay calm and patient with me.

Great service, restrooms are decent, the button for it though is broken. The hot food section is pretty good, I always get the egg rolls and my girls like the corn dogs.
