  Mostly a good McDonald’s… except for their fry situation. They would rather skimmed you on fries rather than make more. It’s pure laziness.

  If i could leave a zero star review i would. I had a very disappointing experience at this Mcdonalds location. The shift lead/shift manager by the name of “Max” was very inconsiderate and unprofessional with their handling of the situation. I had ordered ahead on the app. As soon as I got to the window, “Max” explained that the person in front of me had taken my order instead. I received part of the order however, instead of having me wait at the window for the order to be remade, “Max” asked me to move around to the end of the drive thru line. After waiting another 10 minutes in line, I reached the window again. “Max” then argued with me after I asked for the whole order to be remade so that it was warm like I had originally ordered. I got my full order after 15 minutes and a frustrating experience. I am very unimpressed with the unprofessional response by the “manager” of this establishment who has been working as the “manager” for supposedly 3 years. I would think that after so long, there should be some professionalism despite wherever you are working.

  Relatively clean, fast service. Counter employees could use training to help them talk to the general public more professionally. One thing I didn't understand (for this location) was the signs at each table stating no more than 30 minutes allowed per visit to eat and vacate. Neighborhood appeared to be void of loitering or unhoused individuals.

  I thought that the curbside app was supposed to help make things go quickly and more efficient...boy was I wrong. Placed our order before we left the house. Pulled into spot #4 about 10 min later. The app said "your order is almost ready" waited 15 min and decided to walk inside the store. Glad I did, they had no idea I was even there. I was clearly not happy, the manager did not even take the time to apologize to me, left the poor young employee to deal with me. Mind you I'm not an angry person or some Karen. Just wanted my food so we could get on the road. Although it was Easter Sunday, they were not busy. I was there at 10:45 am. If I could give them a zero I would. Horrible customer service.

  Pulled up at the drive thru and they had 3 different people tell me they couldn't fulfill my order even though it was already paid for over the app. But ignored me leaving me in the drive thru line with no direction, they just sat there saying nothing lol All 3 had no idea what they were doing. Never will return. I'll go to the one they across town instead.
