  This place and its employees are awesome! I've been coming here almost weekly for years now. No matter how busy they are, the place is always clean and the staff always smiling. It's so nice to hang out and enjoy a smoothie and realize, this is one of a few places in town that how well you treat the staff truly comes back to you.

  We ordered three drinks and waited over 30 minutes while sitting inside the entire time. No one informed us that our order was ready. When we finally asked what was going on, we were told they thought our order was a mobile order. When we explained that we never heard our name or order called, the employee (Mia) insisted multiple times that she had called it out—even though we did not hear it. There was no attempt to acknowledge the confusion or apologize for the delay. After clarifying that it was not a mobile order, the situation was brushed off. I later went back inside to get her name, and she said she would remake the drinks but told me I needed to wait outside the building. The overall interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. There was very strange energy, no accountability, and no apology for the inconvenience.

  I LOVE this place! Every time I come to this Jamba Juice, I am greeted immediately and every one is so friendly. I would like to point out that my experiences with Jeremy, Dani, Anna and Morgan in particular, have been fabulous every single time I go in. The vibe here is so genuine and fun and of course, the smoothies are ALWAYS so delicious. I cannot say enough good things about this place and how well they treat their guests. Thanks so much to all of you!!
