We ordered through the McDonald's app for takeout. In the app there was an option for Powerade as a soft drink. I looked for said Powerade at the fountain but it wasn't there and an employee confirmed that they don't carry it. Both of the Ranch Snack Wraps were made as Spicy Snack warps. After they fixed the wraps, I found that the Spicy McCrispy Sandwich was missing the sauce (what makes it spicy) and asked the employee for a side of sauce. She confidently handed me two packets of Buffalo Sauce and said "This sauce is spicy". I asked for a side of the pepper sauce from the kitchen instead since that's what goes on the sandwich. Besides the item issues, the lobby itself was unkept and messy. Overall disappointed in this visit to say the least.

Person taking my order upsold me for more food and instead diverted the money to the charity option. She said she worked there twenty years to the customer ahead of me. I give a lot to charity on my own and do not appreciate this one bit.
