No matter how busy they are, the place is always clean and the staff always smiling. It's so nice to hang out and enjoy a smoothie and realize, this is one of a few places in town that how well you treat the staff truly comes back to you.

When we finally asked what was going on, we were told they thought our order was a mobile order. When we explained that we never heard our name or order called, the employee (Mia) insisted multiple times that she had called it out—even though we did not hear it. There was no attempt to acknowledge the confusion or apologize for the delay. After clarifying that it was not a mobile order, the situation was brushed off. I later went back inside to get her name, and she said she would remake the drinks but told me I needed to wait outside the building. The overall interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. There was very strange energy, no accountability, and no apology for the inconvenience.
