When we explained that we never heard our name or order called, the employee (Mia) insisted multiple times that she had called it out—even though we did not hear it. There was no attempt to acknowledge the confusion or apologize for the delay. After clarifying that it was not a mobile order, the situation was brushed off. I later went back inside to get her name, and she said she would remake the drinks but told me I needed to wait outside the building. The overall interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. There was very strange energy, no accountability, and no apology for the inconvenience.

I don't think they use real fruit. It was the most horrible tasting smoothie I've ever had. They had no real juice on the menu. How can you name your place JAMBA JUICE when you don't have real cold pressed juice?? All frozen full of unhealthy (like processed sugar) crap smoothies. They should rename their place to Glop Stop or Sludge-O-Rama.
