- AHAbu HassanDec 15, 20251.0🤮I usually visit Dutch Bros regularly and have always enjoyed their coffee. However, on Sunday, December 14th, around 7:54 PM to 7:58 PM, I had a very unpleasant experience at the drive-thru. There was a car in front of me with what seemed like a girl talking for a long time to the staff member at the window. She had a dog in the back seat, and the window was open for the dog. The employee actually gave the dog a treat in a cup, and then the dog started licking the employee’s hand directly after he finished giving the treat. This was honestly really gross to me. I was next in line, and knowing that the same employee whose hand was just licked by a dog was about to prepare my coffee and put the lid on my cup made me feel pretty disgusted. I ended up just rolling up my window and leaving without ordering anything. I’ve been a loyal customer, but after seeing that level of lack of hygiene, I’m seriously reconsidering returning to this location. It’s just unsanitary, and I felt really uncomfortable.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
