    Terrible attitude given from the lady working the drive thru after I asked for soft serve in a cup instead of a cone. I said please and thank you multiple times and not a single word was said at the window by her. The ice cream had already melted by the time we got to the window. Would’ve asked for a refund but was so astonished at the disrespect that it wasn’t worth it at that point. Happy holidays to you too Dairy Queen.

    The bathroom was really disgusting. Had not been cleaned in atleast a few days maybe a week. No toilet paper. The girl taking our order was unfriendly and seemed annoyed at the intrusion. This shows bad management to me, not checking and training employees properly.

    It pains me to write this as their food used to be pretty good, but it's terrible now. This is the third time in a row now that they either messed up my order or served me half cooked food. This time I got the chix strip basket and the fries were so soggy they werent even edible. I'm pretty sure the bread wasn't even toasted but rather just dipped in butter. If you are looking for food, I'd recommend anywhere else.
