  Ordered three orders of chicken strips and the food was terrible: chicken and fries tasted old plus they were cold. We'll never go back.

  The definition of ‘lazy’ in the dictionary should just be photos of this entire crew. Zero customer service, zero effort, and zero desire to be even remotely friendly. The ice cream is horrible on its own, but what made it worse was the staff’s sheer laziness—they couldn’t be bothered to get more hot fudge, so they just drowned the parfait in disgusting chocolate sauce instead. The girl literally holding up the counter like it’s her full-time job and the dude with the nappy hair and ripped-up sweater shuffling around like he’s allergic to work perfectly summed up the vibe. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being served mediocrity by people who clearly don’t want to be there.

  Worst Dairy Queen in the state of Oregon is on South 3rd St. In Bend Oregon.they mess up orders every time.

  I'm a bit of a DQ connoisseur, and I do grade them on a curve because you know what you're agreeing to when you go to DQ. With that said, I've visited many dozens of DQs all over the country, and this one is one of the worst. The service is simply terrible. I really can't recall employees at a fast service restaurant being as visibly disinterested, bordering on antagonistic, as I saw here. Now, even if the employees are low effort, the food typically makes up for it. Not so here. The fries were clearly not fully cooked -- I saw two patrons have to take theirs back to the counter -- while the chicken strips were actually overdone. In my case, I placed an order via the DQ app and waited to either hear my name called or to see in the app that the order was ready. Neither had happened after ~15 minutes, so I was finally able to catch the attention of a worker who had my bag of food sitting right there the whole time. Of course, the sundae was well on its way to melting by then. All of this can be chalked up to poor management. If a DQ franchisee wants to run a solid business, they know the steps that are necessary to do it. This one isn't taking those steps.
