Paid $29 for a double steak bowl with extra rice. It was barely half full. The rice was hard. Steak is chewy. Missing toppings. The workers don’t give a crap. Whoever managers this location should be fired because no one cares here. They have literally been out of rice multiple times. I’m shocked that they are still in business. Should replace with something local that deserves our hard earned money. The stupid robot on support just offers a free meal. Make sure you call customer support for a REFUND. No one wants your crappy food anymore.
