After getting off work, I was exhausted, extremely hungry, and genuinely excited to finally sit down and enjoy my food. Instead, opening my order completely ruined that moment. I ordered two bowls, including a double chicken protein bowl that I paid extra for, and there was absolutely no chicken in it at all. Not a small portion none. The bowls were insultingly small and clearly fluffed with toppings to make them look fuller than they were. Once you actually looked inside, there was basically nothing there. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was about two bites of food. Chipotle is not cheap, especially when you add double protein, so paying full price for almost nothing felt like a complete rip-off. I was still starving and had to go somewhere else just to eat an actual meal. That alone should never happen after ordering from Chipotle. When I went inside to pick up my order, the employees were messing around, unprofessional, and rude. The customer service was just as bad as the portions. This wasn’t a simple mistake, it felt careless and disrespectful. I don’t know if they didn’t want to wait for food to cook or simply didn’t care, but either way, the customer pays the price. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience pushed me to speak up. I paid and got nothing, and I will not be returning to this location.
