We've really enjoyed Burgerville, but we won't be returning. Burgers were placed on children's buns, we ordered the new bacon burger with Brie and there was one tiny amount placed on the burger. Definitely a bummer, as the food has been good up until now.

So freaking expensive!! You can't get a meal there that doesn't end up costing 20 bucks..I ordered a baby slider..and a hamburger with only mayo..11.70. And it's not as good as it used to be..wanted to go to Wendy's or Carl's even McDonald's ! They were all just backed up.. this was at 1 in the afternoon on a Sat. And there was Burgerville looking like a ghost town all empty..I should have known there was a reason. Won't go again. Not worth it.

Have been here twice and you can taste the freshness in the meat! My second visit going, I ordered the bacon cheeseburge. It was delivered to me before I even got my fountain drink. You could tell they were in a hurry and slopped it together. The meat was ripped and partially hanging out the bun and the bacon was rubber, either undercooked or not cooked. Over $10 for this burger. Also I signed up on their burgerville app and it said I would get a free fry. It showed on the app free small fry and I showed the lady at the register and she wouldn't give it to me.Seriously?! I went to the app 9 hours later and it has been removed. I have deleted the app now. What a disappointment.

$22.18 for a large basket which includes a bacon 🍔, large 🍟, and 20oz shake. Better be amazing at that price, right? Starting with the good, the fries were hot, fresh and quite tasty. The mocha perk was very good. The bacon cheeseburger, which should be the highlight as they told us was their most popular burger, which is grain finished I found out, was barely mediocre at best. The bun was ice cold, as if it had just come out of the package and the meat was so overcooked it was actually chewy! Unreal for an $11 burger.

We we're disappointed with BV. I grew up & am disappointed with the quantity to price ratio. A small slider sized burger and 1/4 vampire burger was $15 USD. No sides or drinks. Last time I was not happy with the bread that seemed like it was a week or 2 expired. Used to be much better back in the day, less greedy due to overpaying there workers for an entry level type job with benefits, which obviously affects the consumer. Bottom line...will likely not return and advise those with this type of food craving to look elsewhere.
