First, I would like to say this single star review is not a judgement of the store as a whole, but of the recent decision by the regional, district, and store managers to not staff registers before 9 AM or after 8 PM. My wife and I have been shopping at this Albertson's multiple times a week for four years now, and it is reliably clean, well stocked, and staffed by some of the friendliest and most knowledgeable people I've encountered at a grocer. This is a five star grocery store whose managers are making one star decisions. I came in this past week around 7 AM to stock up on food for the week, the way I normally do. However, after loading my buggy up on over 200 dollars worth of groceries, I got to the register only to find there was nobody to ring me up, and there wouldn't be anybody to do so for at least another hour. I chose to take my business elsewhere and headed over to a nearby Safeway, only to find they also didn't have anyone on register till 9 AM. Finally, I decided to go over to Winco and spend my money there. The produce wasn't as fresh, the store wasn't as clean, nor were the staff as friendly -- but their registers were staffed. So, to the regional, district, and store manager -- I would like to pose a math problem. You saved roughly 60 - 90 dollars on operating costs by not staffing at least one register at this store the day I came in; you lost roughly 200 dollars of revenue by my shopping at Winco. Did you come out in the black or the red? (I'm not exactly Einstein, but I think even I can figure that one out . . . how about you?) Again, this review does not reflect the quality of this store, which is top notch, but only the recent decision made by its managers. I will promptly remove this review and replace it with a five star one reflecting the store's quality, so soon as you decide to keep at least one register staffed during all hours of operation. Till then, I'll be taking most of my business to Winco. Thanks y'all.

Christy, once again, knocks it out of the ballpark. She is awesome at her job. Knowledgeable and friendly. I love seeing her when I come in.

Never had an issue until they started accepting rapid orders on their app, meanwhile the person who works order pickup supposedly decided to go home at 7pm. My order was marked as delayed for almost 2 hours so I called at 8:50 and the guy answered in order pickup an said oh no, the person who works order pickup supposedly decided to go home at 7 and that my order would have to be cancelled in the system. Why would you even accept orders in the app if you have absolutely no staff allegedly to shop/bring out orders. It’s crazy to me. Charge people for rapid pickup and don’t even fulfill orders even though you’re literally open until 11pm. Now I have to replace the order for tomorrow. I honestly think if this person answered this quickly at 8:50, he likely is the one working order pickup and deciding he just doesn’t want to do his job. This is crazy. And so inconvenient. Stop taking orders if you’re not going to fulfill them. OH! Then I have to contact customer service on the app to attempt to reschedule my order for tomorrow, well they couldn’t because it’s beyond the “editing” time of the order and that it should be being shopped so they are unable to edit, but is being marked as delayed in the system. So now I have to wait for a refund of my funds for this order while I have to place another. They pretty much don’t fulfill the orders and let it run its course past closing time so it’s automatically cancelled in their end. I’m curious if this is a common problem and if so someone needs to be held accountable. Sincerely,, A mother of special needs kiddos who has to utilize order pickup

I’ve shopped at this location quite a number of times, while I’ve always found what I needed when I needed it, I’ve come negative experiences more than I can count on both of my hands with the staff here. Staff members carry around negative energy that is extremely concerning and toxic, they don’t acknowledge consumers coming in or going out, let alone say hi. Staff members have walked around with angry faces and it’s quite unappealing having this happen almost every single time. At least one gentlemen there has taken the initiative to make conversation so the me, and definitely stands apart from the rest of the staffing crowd.
