  There was a long drive through line so I decided to go in and order. I'm not sure if it was me that ordered wrong or the CSR at the counter who was very sweet that rang it in wrong. My 2 $9 meal got rung in as $7 meals. So then I had to pay an extra $6.23 so that I went home with the right amount of food. Only to get home and find out that the junior cheeseburgers were hamburgers. Double check your orders people double check your orders before you leave, and I do mean open the wrappers. This is the second time I have been to this restaurant and come home with the wrong food.

  I’ll be like I just ordered my food and they’re taking forever like they need either. They need new people or they need better service because this shit sucks because we are in chicken tigers in two salads and tell me how come they’re taking like 45 minutes to get our food and there’s like four or five people in front of us and then there’s four or five people behind us.

  I ordered 2 cup salads, 2 chicken tenders, and about 5 chicken nuggets, and I’ve been waiting outside for over 20 minutes. My total was $27. There are several cars in front of me and behind me just sitting in the parking lot waiting. What kind of service is this? This location really needs more staff, faster service, or better management. Waiting this long for a small order is not okay. I’m very disappointed and probably won’t be coming back to the Beaverton on Hall Wendy’s.
