  Okay… literally WHO made our food? 😡Our burritos were missing ingredients? 😨Like WHERE is the beef?!?? 🤔 Another thing is we got the taco FULLY UNWRAPPED thrown in the bag. 😱 Lettuce spilt EVERYWHERE. 🤚🏼 I wanted taco bell hoping that it would help me cope 💔💔but then they gave me an anorexic bean burrito, an iron deficient beef burrito, and last but not least A CAREER-ENDING cortisol spike 📈📈

  People, these are fast food restaurants and for the most part you are getting different people making minimum wage making your food. The ones that make it according to the resturant guide is usually the one that takes pride in their job, the one that gives you less than expected is someone that really doesn't care about having a job. Corporate has secret diners visit all locations and that explains how you will see different employees alot of times you visit. Not so much that there are alot of part time employees. Get enough complaints and Corporate will visit and see where the problem is.

  The Mountain Dew tastes off most times I go there. I ask them to check the syrup and they say it’s ok. They even do a pour for me and it still tastes like the syrup is near out. Food is ok. They at least do well enough to not get lettuce in the kids cheesy roll up.

  The little brat taking orders at the drive-thru the at 12:50 on Thursday night is a unprofessional that has no customer service skills at all she's extremely rude and snotty! She should be fired 👍

  I’m sorry to rate any place badly, but this Taco Bell has gotten my order wrong a solid 90% of the time. It’s starting to get old. I paid almost 5 bucks extra for a supreme taco with added toppings and got a regular taco without any of the toppings I requested. Thanks, guys.
