  Customer service isn't the bakery's priority. I ordered a custom cake with a 9 day lead time. They tried calling me the same day I was to pick up the cake to let me know they didn't have the flavor I ordered. When I called to find out why the person "Bika" had the nerve to say "Who doesn't answer their phone?" as she explained they tried calling me the day the cake was to be picked up to let me know. Let me re-iterate, they had 9 day lead time to get the flavor that I ordered which was carrot cake. I've requested a refund and would be happy to bring the cake back to them if they would like because it is still sitting on my kitchen counter - looking exactly as they made it which makes me wonder what they make their cakes from that it can just be left on a counter. This was my first and LAST custom order from Safeway bakery.

  My partner and I really enjoy checking out at this Safeway and the cashiers are always friendly when we go on Sundays. Today our cashier Gary was very nice and accommodating! My partner put in the wrong phone number for our rewards and we had to re-scan our products because of Safeway's POS with the correct number. Gary was very patient and understanding, and we really appreciate him and our chatter to figure things out.

  This is response to M F-Suzuki . I called SAFEWAY corperate on Fayeza a month ago. They will not do anything contrary to what ever the owner told you. I didnt waste my time reading the blah,blah. Blah. She is rude, no personality, i think the only thing she knows in English is "WANT BAG". She should not be the face of Safeway PERIOD! Have her stock or something she doesnt have to interact with English speaking people. This is AMERICA!

  Worst starbucks employees I have seen. Look like they hate their job and trying to deter clients. Also the lady at the register with the mask was unpleasant. I won't be coming here but you should check why your employees hate their job.

  The checker, Fayeza, has a very bad attitude. She didn't greet me, was unkind, and just glared at me. The quality of her bagging is so poor that she only puts a small amount of items in each bag, including both hard and soft items. She stopped bagging halfway through and threw the items at me. I had no other option but to pack the items by myself. Despite my best efforts to avoid her, I still ended up bumping into her for the third time and it was extremely irritating.
