The food isn't as fast as a drive thru, but it is worth the wait and we always get enough to have leftovers. The staff is super friendly, polite, and quick to take your order. Pataka Indian Fusion Cuisine proved me wrong within two bites. The Food: On the recommendation of Chef Sreenath, I tried the Paneer Burger. It was so good that I actually had to stop mid-meal to take a photo—I knew right then I had to give these guys a review. It is easily one of the best burgers I’ve had anywhere, period. To top it off, the fries are absolutely irresistible. They’re tossed in a unique chili spice blend that provides the perfect kick. I couldn't stop eating them! The Service: The restaurant is a labor of love run by Chef Sreenath and his wife. Their hospitality is top-tier—they are incredibly welcoming and make you feel like a guest in their own home. It’s rare to find a place where the people are just as amazing as the food. Pro-Tip: If the Chef suggests a dish, take the recommendation. He knows his flavors perfectly!

Maybe biriyani is not what they specialize in. Will revisit in 6 months and update if it is better. Ambience was good and person at the counter was friendly to deal with
