  I used to like this location, but recently they started using AI to run their drive thru window. Not only do I find this unethical and disgusting—Krispy Kreme can certainly afford to pay human beings in the community it operates in to run their drive thru—but on top of that, it also made mistakes on my order that a human employee had to correct. I'm not giving any more business to this location until they remove their AI drive thru and make a public apology for ever having used it in the first place. There's plenty of other donut places I can go to that don't make me engage in the humiliating act of talking to a defective job-stealing robot.

  I grabbed donuts here maybe once a month for my coworkers. I always use the drive thru and the AI never gets the order right. The staff there are great — they always make sure I get a BOGO deal on my donuts. And the fresh free donut is a plus too!!

  They have AI for ordering through drive through. Which is kind of a pain, it seemed like it was smooth until I got to window to pick up, the AI made mistakes in order, and gave me wrong total. The AI asked if I wanted to add additional donuts for a discounted rate and I was like sure, it gave me a total. I go to window to pick up, I told guy at window what I ordered and he goes oh i dont see that on my end, The AI messes up orders all the time, I give him my card he hands it back saying a new total (which was obviously higher since it never added the additional donuts in I guess) and I was like oh the screen said a different amount and he just says yeah the AI left off the extra it does that all the time. CRAZY that they are using AI, when there are actual people, and when it makes mistakes so often. The donuts tasted fine just like standard crispy creme exactky as expected but kind of frustrating that the orderibg was so messed up. I used to go all the time but now that AI is ordering idk if its worth the hassle

  Very disappointing experience. We came to pick up an online order for six boxes of donuts, but the staff member only gave us two and insisted that was our order. When we explained the mistake, she told us to wait and helped other customers first, even though the rest of our order was sitting on the shelf right behind her. We also ordered coffee online while sitting in the store and waited a long time, only to find out it hadn’t even been made yet. The staff member was cold and rude the entire time. A friend with me said she has experienced the same attitude from this employee before. As Asian customers, it unfortunately made us wonder whether we were being treated differently. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer service here.

  I’ve tried Krispy Kreme donuts before, but this was actually the first time I ever walked into one of their shops, and it was a pretty cool experience 🍩✨. Seeing the place in person and checking out all the fresh donuts made it feel a bit more special than just grabbing them somewhere else. While I was there, I decided to pick up a full dozen to take with me. The donuts looked amazing and smelled even better 😋. Later on, I ended up sharing them with my daughter’s flag football teammates after their practice, and they were a big hit with the kids 🏈. It was a simple but really fun moment—good donuts, happy kids, and a nice little treat to share. Definitely glad I finally stopped inside instead of just buying them elsewhere. I’d happily do it again! 👍
