- MHMichelle HusbyApr 5, 20264.0I'm not thrilled anymore. I don't know if the things that changed are chain wide but my last visit wasn't great. I typically order in the app and then pick up. In the past fries were cooked when you walked in the door so they would be hot and fresh. Today my burger and fries were already bagged and sitting on a metal counter, waiting and getting cold. A small order of fries used to give a nice amount that was perfect for me. Today they barely filled the little bags they now use. For me, I'd rather a restaurant raised prices than reduced serving size. I do like the switch to little paper bags. The cups were paper but the bags contain less paper than the cups. They Freestyle soda machines, which I absolutely love. Unfortunately they removed my favorite and one of the reasons I go to Five Guys. Bye bye to caffeine free diet Coke. I'm seriously considering not going back even though they still make the best burger and fries.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
