- JJJasminDec 27, 20251.0I use to come here once or twice a week. I always order the same items. Food was usually correct but I don't eat meat so it's a major bummer when meat is added to my food. It was pretty solid for a year or more. I stopped going here entirely because my food went from being correct 75% of the time, to being wrong 100% of the time. I have been going to a different location since. Tonight I came back through because they were the only location in the area that had the Build Your Own box still. I ordered what I usually get and I always add fries to my Crunchwrap and burrito. The Crunchwraps had two or three fries a piece in each. They forgot my spicy potato soft tacos entirely. I checked my food before I left the parking lot and had to go in to fix it. When you charge a full dollar per addition PER ITEM, it matters when it's wrong. When they handed me my Crunchwrap replacements, they forgot my soft tacos AGAIN. I told them they forgot my tacos and finally got my food after fifteen minutes of waiting for my replacements. Every single time I've ordered from here in the last year and a half it's been wrong. Go to a different location if you want your food to be correct. I couldn't recommend this any lower.
