I even pointed directly at the item on the menu to avoid any confusion. Despite this, I was given the wrong dish — one that contained dairy. After taking a bite, I immediately went back to ask what I had been served, and only then was I told it was not the vegan item. This is not just a simple mistake — it’s a serious safety concern. Food allergies are not something to take lightly, and unfortunately, the person taking and preparing orders here did not seem to take my request seriously or listen carefully. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone with dietary restrictions or food allergies, as I do not believe the staff can be trusted to handle them properly.

We love their food - both savory and sweet waffle sandwiches. They do get soggy VERY quickly so you need to eat pretty quickly and I wouldn’t recommend take away if it’s not being eating soon
