I decided to pre-order my meal, hoping to just quickly grab and go, but even with the pre-order, it ended up taking about 25 minutes longer than I anticipated. While I was waiting, I noticed the team seemed particularly stressed. There was a moment where one of the customers was audibly frustrated with the fry cook for missing an order, having her go back to pick up the fries. Must of been a bit jarring certainly contributed to the overall slow-down mismanaged orders and slow to make orders system was a factor. Sadly, when I got my order home, the quality wasn't up to the usual standard I expect. My salad was slimy, and the burgers tasted distinctly "off." I actually didn't end up eating the food, which is a real shame. I've had great experiences here before, but today was truly disappointing from the wait time to the food quality. I hope this was just an anomaly, but based on this visit, I unfortunately can't recommend it right now.
