  Bagels are made elsewhere and shipped in. Better to get 8 bagels in a sleeve from the market than a single bagel here.

  Very little spread on bagel and they gave us the wrong bagel. Crew please pay attention when putting in orders . Seems like person taking orders was very rushed, not very friendly .

  This review is specific to the staff's integrity and graciousness. I purchased some bagels on Friday. The server was wonderful and the bagels were really tasty. However, today (Saturday), I realized I had lost my small credit card holder that had my driver's license, credit card and cash. I immediately retraced my steps from Friday. When I arrived at Einstein Bagels, they were closed as it was 2:40 pm and they were having a team meeting. Initially they rightfully waved me off as they were "closed"; but one of the leaders realized I was pleading if they could check if anyone had found my credit card holder the day before. Quickly they checked and found it in their "Lost & Found". They graciously gave it to me even though I had disrupted their meeting. All was intact in the card holder. This speaks tremendously to the quality of staff hired by the leaders... and the integrity of all who work there. They made my day! I thank all of them for their kindness. I will continue to visit Einstein Bagels at this specific location (SW Nimbus) entirely due to how they saved my day with their kindness.
