- BBBusyMom4 days ago2.0I go to this DB all the time bc it's in a very convenient location. Usually I have a great experience, but today was really weird. I watched as the person fumbled--I mean, made--my drink as she first hooked her fingers over the rim of my cup several times before (accidently??) dropping paper inside the cup and shoving her ENTIRE HAND inside the cup to retrieve the trash. Before I could ask for a new cup, she poured the brewed coffee into it, which was then (thankfully) discarded when I finally was able to ask another person at the window for a new cup. But after getting a new cup, this person CONTINUED hooking her nasty finger over the lip of the cup--at least an inch or more into the cup! WTH? What was the deal? This is so unsanitary! I have never had this problem before with any of the other people who work there. IDK if she was having a really bad day or if she was POed bc I asked her not to short the soft top (and I went to great lengths to word it nicely). But I figure, you're paying $1 and only getting $.50 worth, so today I took a gamble. God forbid you ask to receive what you're paying for. I could stop going here, but damn, people! It's so convenient. But if that's what it takes...

We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
