I ordered 3 items with no customizations. I understand the rush of a drive thru, having worked at Starbucks for 4+ years, but the staff taking my order was rushing the order too much. They were asking repeatedly, and so often, that they were speaking over me and making the order longer. Apparently turning around to ask a passenger for their (already decided on) order is too slow.

Then when you get the blizzard there is hardly any toppings in there. If I’m paying almost a dollar for extra toppings, I shouldn’t be seeing very much ice cream
