I don't go that often, but almost always there is something wrong with my order. There's no screen to double check my order and they rarely repeat it back. I ordered 3 items with no customizations.
I understand the rush of a drive thru, having worked at Starbucks for 4+ years, but the staff taking my order was rushing the order too much. They were asking repeatedly, and so often, that they were speaking over me and making the order longer.
Apparently turning around to ask a passenger for their (already decided on) order is too slow.

Took 15 min to get a halfway blended blizzard, and they redused to blend it better

Great selection of food and flavors. Staff was nice (not exceedingly). No wait time to order, and service time was very reasonable after we ordered. Comfortable temp and atmosphere inside during our visit while eating. Thank you!

Don’t waste your money on a blizzard. To begin with their super expensive. And then they charge you almost a dollar for extra toppings. Then when you get the blizzard there is hardly any toppings in there.
If I’m paying almost a dollar for extra toppings, I shouldn’t be seeing very much ice cream
