  Came in to get some lunch. There was no one else in line. Three employees were at the counter to take orders, but none of them greeted me or asked me what I wanted. They were talking to each other. I had to say, "hello?" to get their attention, even though they were literally two feet away from me. The food was only so, so. Very disappointing.

  One of the only reasons why I’m giving 5 stars besides food quality is because of JOE! I’ll start w the good no great experience I had from him. When I walked in there were 2 people ahead of me 1 of which Joe was already helping from start to finish there was 3 other employees besides him and the ma on the grill he was working just as hard as Joe while multitasking and even tried helping Joe out on the line. The other 2 women there I hope weren’t managers because they were disappointing for multiple reasons. Neither of them greeted any guest but made eye contact the girl w the glasses was moving around so sluggish she made her job look unenjoyable the other girl in the back breaking down recycling again sluggishly! The girl w glasses literally came to the line and told the man to give her 20 seconds & moved so slow again doing nothing that Joe was already back to help the man! Then she did temp checks w a dirty rag and after checking each temp wiped it off in the same place as the last thing she checked very much so cross contaminated everything! When I say Joe was the only one in there running the whole line I felt bad for him 2 more people came in behind me and I watched from my car as just to see and again just Joe making the food and ringing everyone up! The part I really appreciated was his kindness and he was still engaging with every customer not breaking a sweat! I’ve worked for chipotle and I know the values and Joe is a example of that! Them other 2 women were the opposite! No enthusiasm, no greeting, no help at all! This isn’t to bash anyone but more to say if you don’t like what your doing just don’t because people like me do pay attention and I wouldn’t want someone that looked like they hated there job to fix my food so thank you Joe & the gentlemen on the grill who again was multitasking and still trying to help on the line.

  This place has seriously gone downhill. I’ve recently picked up 2 of my orders in store within the time frame and the food has been cold- I’ve had to go home and reheat it. How long do you let it sit out? At least have a warmer. On top of cold food, this time the chips were completely drenched in oil with no crunch, just soggy chips and inedible. This location needs some serious intervention with training and ensuring customer service is prioritized. For how much you’re charging, you should be making sure the orders are actually edible. I will be spending my money elsewhere from now on.

  The manager Taylor is extremely rude, she calls her employees stupid while working to other employees. As a professional, this behavior should never be accepted by someone in authority. Chipotle should do better, higher better and train associates better.

  I asked for double chicken and double black beans the chicken and black beans were shallow so instead of refilling it apparently the got places to be so what did the Young lady, do she scooped up the five pieces of beans remaining and put them on my burrito and called it double then scooped up the seven pieces of chicken and put them on my burrito and charged me for double chicken unacceptable I a nervously shy young petite boy couldn’t say anything so I took that charge and left disappointed
