A portion this small is 100% unacceptable. I’ve had many problems with my orders at this location, but this really takes the cake. The owners and managers of this location should be ashamed of themselves and the people working for them.

Every single time I go to Chipotle it’s always something but this location especially. Always multiple employees working yet only one making the food while someone stands at the cash register and watches them work through the line out the door. Employees have zero customer service skills and for the love of god PLEASE wipe the dang counters off! No one wants their food dragged through the scraps of the last orders that’s sitting on the counter. So gross.

I wanted to share our experience as a helpful heads-up for anyone in the area planning a catered event through Chipotle. We coordinate catering weekly and recently ordered a 10-person spread from this Chipotle ($206).
While the food itself was fine, the portioning logic for catering is very different from their standard in-store experience. Despite specifically ordering "double tortillas" for our 10 guests, the order arrived with only one 8-pack. When we called the store in a bit of a pinch with guests arriving, we were told that 10 tortillas (one per person) is the "standard" for a 10-person order, though we only received eight.
A few things for others to keep in mind to ensure your guests are fed:
Tortilla Counts: A standard taco order at Chipotle includes 3 tacos, but their catering budgets for only 1 per person. This isn't explicitly stated in their marketing so plan to provide your own tortillas.
Value Comparison: Their $50-ish "Build Your Own" kit (for 4–6 people) includes 8 tortillas. It’s important to know that a $206 catering order for 10 people provides a similar number of tortillas as the smaller, more affordable kit.
Service Resolution: We reached out to the store with no resolution with hungry guests arriving. We reached out to corporate to highlight this "logic gap" and the stress it caused during our event. While they provided a 36 dollar refund, the response was largely scripted and did not address the issues of transparency on their website or the serving sizes.
We’ve decided to remove Chipotle from our catering rotation for now. I am hopeful they will update their website to explicitly list these counts so hosts aren't caught off guard with what amounts to an expensive salad. Additionally, we hope they address their protocol for dealing with issues with catering orders and rework their packages to provide more value. Until then, I’d recommend going with the build your own digital option for a smaller group with in-store add-ons. The portions and cost are much more realistic.

I've come a couple times to this location and service has been pretty good but the lady with the black hair working the line today was extremely rude throughout our whole order, dropped our bowls into the food on the line, cross contaminated the food on the line by spreading the ingredients into multiple different trays, and served us frozen guac. She needs to be retrained or consider a different career because she was also doing the same to the people before and after us to the point that the as we ate outside every person we heard leave the store was complaining to each other about how poorly she was acting. I feel bad for the other coworkers effected by her.

My husband and I go here probably once a week, the people here are never friendly and weirdly rude! Rarely is someone nice and always new people working here. The food is usually not fresh either…the reason we go is because it’s something my very picky autistic eater will eat… I normally order a single taco for my daughter with chicken and cheese only, then I ask them to grill it, been doing this for years!!!! Now this location will only allow me to purchase this item if I pay for the whole child’s quesadilla meal… so a $3.50 taco with a few pieces of chicken a little cheese ends up being $5.10??? No my daughter won’t eat the sides, or the drink, she likes water… I can’t believe you’re charging $1.60 to grill a soft taco, unbelievable Chipotle! I really hope it’s only this location, if not, we will no longer be going to chipotle for easy dinners!
