  I love chick fil a and their food is always great and the staff is very nice, but unfortunately after some careful step-retracing and figuring out what meals/food each of us consumed, I can only conclude that a milkshake from here caused 2/5 people in my party to get food poisoning. Everything else tasted fine and gave no issue, but I just wanted to know if anyone as of April 7th got something as well?

  A good reminder of why I don't eat fast food anymore. The chicken sandwich was practically inedible and I ended up throwing it out

  Eventually, even the great ones fall. CFA used to be such a titan of the customer experience. Things have slipped as of late but after tonight, their reign is officially over. CK one of the "directors " completely ruined our families evening. We came in after swim class (like we have on a regular basis for years). Ordered three full meals. My sandwich arrived and was incredibly dry compared to my husband's. His glistened while mine was dry and fibrous. I had two bites out of it and my husband took it to the front. He's a loyalist and insisted they'd want to stand by their product. CK came out with the new sandwich and loudly exclaimed in front of the entire dining room, "we'll honor it this time but half the sandwich was gone." I am absolutely mortified. I tried to reiterate I had taken only two bites. People are now looking and he continues to rudely push as if we were trying to steal from them. We bought three meals. I didn't take anything else back and it was the cheapest item out of everything on the table. I have no idea why he persisted in such a dogged manner. I am so embarrassed. It ruined my entire night, I didn't even want to eat anything after he walked away. I definitely will not be returning. At the end, he stated "I'm one of the directors and we are operationally having to tighten our belts." I guess they are on a diet from their customer service.

  My boyfriend and I just door dashed chick-fil-A after a long day. Him with work and me being sick. We were excited to finally get our spicy chicken sandwiches! However, the quality was terrible and the meat was super stringy and hard to chew. After a bite or two we had to throw them away. I have never had this problem before, but we just moved here and have never tried this location. I give one star for the fries and the sweet tea but overall super disappointing experience. It should be noted our dasher got here super fast so it’s not like they were cold and that was affecting the quality.
